Can I review messages before they're sent?
Absolutely. Every message goes through your review queue first. You can approve, edit, or reject any message. Nothing gets sent without your say-so.
What if I don't have a customer list?
No problem. You can start by connecting your calendar — we'll automatically create customer records from your appointments. You can also add customers manually or import from your booking system.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Pay month-to-month and cancel anytime. We keep it simple because we believe you'll stick around once you see the results.
Can I use my own email address to send?
Yes. Messages are sent from your business email so customers recognize the sender. We connect via your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) — no weird third-party addresses.
How does SMS work?
All plans include SMS. Starter includes 50 texts per month, Growth and Premium include unlimited. Federal law (A2P 10DLC) requires every US business sending SMS to be verified with the major carriers — after signup, you'll fill out a quick verification form and we handle the carrier registration for you. Most businesses are approved within 1-3 business days. Customers can reply directly to your texts.
